This therapy involves the use of gentle manual maneuvers to aid in the recirculation of body fluids. While the exact amount of pressure applied depends on the area and pathology involved, it usually equates to very little pressure. Using this technique, trained therapists are able to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth, and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body. Conditions that can benefit from LDT are Lymphedema / lipedema, post - surgical patients, sinusitis, headaches, and more

I provide treatment for the everyday population from babies to adults, but some of my favorite clients to treat are people who deal with Fibromyalgia, people who’ve been in MVAs, people who have had concussions or head traumas, and athletes who have had sports injuries. As someone who has had multiple concussions and injuries from sports, I know from my own experiences how exhausting injuries can be and how important it is to get treatment in order to recover and feel better! I create client-centered treatment plans to help you feel better in your body and enjoy a pain-free lifestyle.
