What is Advanced Myofascial Release?
Advanced Myofascial Release focuses on the body's myofascial system: the connective tissue that surrounds and links joint capsules, ligaments, tendons, organs, bones and nerve fibres. The goal is to reduce restrictions in this fascial system that can be caused by trauma, inflammation or even poor posture.
What can it help with?
Myofascial work is often helpful for tightness and restricted movement after an injury, long-standing postural strain, and areas that feel stuck or pulled.
What to expect
Your first appointment is 60 minutes and starts with a conversation and an assessment. No lotion or oil is used during this treatment, so the pressure is slow and sustained rather than gliding.
