Jordan is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, trained through the Chikly Institute. She treats lymphedema and lipedema with a combination of hands-on therapy and compression.
Treatments offered
Jordan offers Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for lymphedema and lipedema. CDT combines several parts that work together to reduce swelling and keep it under control:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): gentle, rhythmic work that helps move fluid through the lymphatic system.
Compression bandaging: multi-layer bandaging applied after treatment to hold the reduction in swelling.
Lymphatic taping: specialized taping that supports lymph flow between appointments.
Exercise: movement that supports lymph flow.
Home care: what you can do between appointments to help manage swelling.
What to expect
Your first appointment is 1 hour 15 minutes. It starts with a conversation about your history and goals, followed by an assessment, and together you'll build a plan. Follow-up appointments are 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Insurance and direct billing
Lymphedema and lipedema treatment is performed under Jordan's RMT designation and billed under massage therapy. Jordan direct bills most major extended health insurers.
