What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment of your craniosacral system: the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using about 5 grams of pressure, Jordan releases restrictions in this system, which can improve the function of your central nervous system and other systems of the body, including digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory and circulatory.

What can CST help with?

CST is commonly used for headaches, chronic pain, stress, and recovery from traumatic brain injuries, among other concerns.

Jordan sees clients at two Edmonton locations, so you can book Craniosacral Therapy at whichever spot and day works best for you:

• Aligned Wellness home clinic (Blackburne Creek, south Edmonton): Wednesday evenings, Thursdays and Fridays (daytime, sometimes into the evening), and some weekends. Book at the home clinic

• iava Wellness (9343 50 St NW, Unit 1, Edmonton): Monday afternoons and evenings, and Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Book at iava Wellness

Insurance and direct billing

CST is performed under Jordan's RMT designation and billed under massage therapy. Jordan direct bills most major extended health insurers.
